I BRANDS stands behind its products 100%. If there are quality issues, we will replace it, refund your purchase price, or issue a refund to your credit card. All returns and exchanges must occur within 15 days of the receipt of product.

Customers wanting to return merchandise must first contact I BRANDS in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number via telephone or e-mail. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number. Only I BRANDS Customer Service representatives can authorize all RA numbers.
